The students in Ann Arbor, Mich., have had enough of athletic director Dave Brandon, on whom the public is pinning much of the blame for the foolish Coca-Cola campaign and the misery surrounding the program. On Tuesday, students held a “Fire Dave Brandon” rally on the university’s central campus, and just like everything Michigan has produced this season, it was both sad and hilarious.

Nearly 2,000 people signed an online petition to get Brandon fired, and while a rally and a petition will alert the public of the issues plaguing Michigan, it is hardly enough to get an athletic director at a powerful university removed from his position.
